Cornelia Oelling is a founder, author, investor, and interim People leader. She lives with her family between Berlin, Cape Town, Radebeul, and wherever new ideas take her. As the founder of DONE!Berlin, Cornelia has spent the past decade building high-performing teams for startups and scale-ups across Europe. She’s known for her hands-on approach in interim People leadership, her strategic clarity, and her deep expertise in OKRs and organizational growth.
She is also the author of “A Decade of Startup Wisdom”, capturing insights from 10+ years of building some of Europe’s most successful teams. Since 2020, Cornelia has been an active angel investor, supporting visionary founders with both capital and operational expertise to help their companies scale with purpose.
